Hi everyone,
I have this upper and I don't remember the make. The only markings on this upper are the markings on the pictures.

I looked at several website but can not find the answer.

Looks like a cerro forged "keyhole" upper, not sure who manufactured the barrel

That looks like the mark left by a set screw. Colt doesn't make a 1/9 twist barrel.

I think what you meant to say is Colt's didn't make a 1/9 twist barrel in the M4 configuration.

I think you are right, that looks like a set screw mark right where you would tighten up a gas block.

I think it had a different FSB and then this one was added. The sight pins look to have been pounded in. Yes Cerro forging, but everyone uses them. If it didn't come from a known source then we could be guessing a long time. I couldn't say about the barrel.

Yes, that's right. But many companies use them as a raw product. They do the CNC machining of the raw forging which is a solid aluminum billet. Then they SHOULD mark their own marks on it so you know who did the machining. Cerro forge doesn't do it. They just make it.
