Can you identify this Magazine? - Please Help

I looking from some assistance from you more experienced Red Rifle guys and gals. I was sold the below pictured magazine a while ago and the seller claimed it was for the VZ58 family of rifles. I should have asked for a picture because when I got it, I realized it was not. I thought it was an AK magazine but my "google-fu" shows the rear mag catch is slightly different? It definitly chambers 7.62 x 39 and I believe it's a 5/30.

I'm more of a black rifle enthusiast , so any confirmation on type of rifle would be appreciated...

Are ALL AK mags to a standard?
Or do the various countries do things a bit differently?

There are subtle differences in AK mags from country to country I believe. Russian would differ slightly from Bulgarian for example. Mostly cosmetic I believe though. Are there any marks at all on your mags OP? Nothing wrote on the bottom , spine or top of follower?

I think your mag is a norinco sks-D mag by the looks of it though. Which should still work in an AK though.

No markings that I could find. Construction is very nice and solid. Better than the VZ58/CZ858 Mags for sure.

The only thing that seems to differ is the square block on the rear of the mag:

will it hold 556? The amount of curve makes it look to me like a 5/40 AK 84 mag

It is a mag that has been modded to work in the vz58. Hence the reworked front catch and the rear catch being moved up and over.

Doesn't seem to want to go into my CZH2003...That stupid block seems to be inhibiting it...I'd take a grinder to it but I'd rather find out what it belongs to and sell it. As buzzmagoo stated it's probably worth something. Marstar sells AK mags for $90 a pop and are always out of stock.
