Some measurements...
Barrel is 11.61 inches
folded length is 20.86 inches
unfolded length is 31.89 inches
Now it is not a semi auto so I think it is good? Barrel might have to lengthen slightly (5.12") tho to make the overall length when folded legal? Even still...would be a nice compact package![]()
Its restricted unles you make it 26 inchs overall since its a bolt only requirement is 26 inchs to be non restricted..
The trigger is blocked when folded so you cannot shoot when make compact...so it is good to go![]()
Not too into the scopes but...

Once upon a time about 8 years back there was a retailer called Russian Arms in hwy 20 Dorval, Quebec. They carried many nice Russian items. 2 of my favorites were a barrel and bolt action shotguns full stock. They are still my favorite too bad I havent had them out in a while
The owner was x Russian military philosopher who had seen action in Afganistan very nice guy. I know they went out of business and then later returned to Russia but they were one of the first to carry a large selection of Russian made items. not only Baikal but Tula and many others as well. They had shotguns starting at $70. I wish I bought one of each of their selection before they went under.
They also had a couple of folded stock shotguns that wouldnt fire unless the stock was fully deployed. One of which was synthetic if memory serves
