Hey fellas,

I have a canuck pump that needs a good cleaning but I can't figure out how to take out the spring and follower.
The tube looks threaded to the receiver but I can't get it to twist. Am I missing something? Maybe my hands are just to small and dainty.
Can anyone help a girl out?

There should be a plug in the end of the tube that you’ll have to pry out, iirc there’s been a couple threads like this on Turkish pumps like the Canuck. It should have a recess you can get a flat head under to pry it loose. They won’t be the same as say an 870 or similar styles.

The only way to get the spring retainer out is to break it and then it will not work anymore because it doesnt have a mag cap (sentry model)

Cerakote BC removed my mag tube. It's held in place with red loctite and needs to be heated to be removed. I know there's a way to remove the internals as my mag tube is Cerakoted. He told me there was a trick to get it apart... Probably as noted above.
