I only did a test fit I'll try filing them down and see how it works.

My buddy worked the back spline first and didnt have much to remove now they drop free. A few of his others needed a bit on the side and front but very little he used a file on the spline and sandpaper on the other areas and then used a bit of gun oil to remove the hazy sanding areas all look good and function fine.

I just bought CPD AR15 mags and they will not even fit into the mag well on my brand new type 93 gen 3.

for some reason, new CPD mags don't fit and older ones do with no problem.
