Can you use this for BP rifle in Ontario?

In the regs it says muzzle loader season and in the general regulations section (pg 21) defines a muzzle loader as "a gun that is loaded through the muzzle". Based on that I'd guess it wouldn't be allowed. I did see a double barrel muzzle loader somewhere though (Cabelas online I think).
 
That's a shame. Realistically though, it's stupid not to allow one, it's still a percussion single-shot that doesn't use a cartridge...
 
Yes, but a "magnum" in-line that is scoped and burns smokeless is ok. Makes little sense at all.

Leupold quick release base and rings, I have the same base on my 300WM barrel and I use the VXII on both... I also have a Burris 3-9X40 with ballistic plex on medium rings and a 1" reddot on low rings that can be used on both for various circumstances. No resighting necessary as long as I remember the settings :oops:
