Canada ammo customer service = outstanding

I have to say Paul and the crew at Canada Ammo have exceptional customer service. I had an issue with a grizzly, they covered shipping back to them, worked on it swopped out parts, sent parts at their cost, and communication was excellent. No matter what they were determined to get things straight.

I have ordered three rounds of the rough use knives so far. (everytime I show someone the knife and tell them how much they want a couple. go figure) and everytime they show up at my door lickaty split. Great service.
 
Bought a red dot and other items, in the shipping te package was broken and the red dot was lost... Email Paul told him about that... Right away he sent me a another unit free of charge this is great service... Thank JP.
 
Everything i have ordered from them is always shipped fast.Every question is always answered promptly.the website is easy to navigate.They look after their customers very well.When i am looking for something,i always look there first.It takes commitment and honest dedication to achieve the kind of service they provide.
 
I placed an order earlier in the week and the next day an item I had been waiting for became available so I e-mailed Paul and asked him to add it to my first order. Unfortunately, my first order shipped out before he was able to do so. Paul apologized for that (not really his fault) and shipped my additional item with no charge for the extra shipping.

A year ago, Canada Ammo used to be on my list of places to check when I needed something; now they're first on that list.
 
Yep, they recently looked after me when I discovered a problem with the item I ordered. Didn't cost me any extra shipping and they replaced it immediately. I wish more businesses stood behind their products that well.
