Out of curiosity, does anyone know how they compare with the FEG HiPower clone the P9R...? I had one a couple of years ago, and now I find myself wanting another HiPower clone. The P9R had an even lower price point and if I recall, was pretty well received. Anyway, I ask because my limited gun fund is being tempted by several different things at the moment, and a HiPower clone is one of those things.

power wagon, could you just file some off the front sight?
But I see that these look like the white ( or china yellow) dot in them, which I have never liked.
I have not handled these , But I sold and handled a pile of D.A. NP 27's 1911 45 commanders and they all where super guns, and very accurate.
Mind you since Ryan left the company , I have not ordered anything.

Got my stainless in the mail yesterday. Could not resist the sale. Quite happy with the fit and finish. Trigger is breaking at 8 Lbs., so maybe need to address that at some point.

Yup, ditching the mag safety dropped trigger pull to 6 lbs and it feels a lot smoother. The Turkish guns have a steel version of the disconnect, the modern Browning is plastic. I may still put a larger profile trigger in it, but am quite happy with it now. Will take it out to give her a try next week.

I got in on that Questar deal... can't even remember what I paid but it was ridiculously cheap. People were complaining about the Christmas deal which included a complete pistol with 2 mags, plus a complete pistol less slide with 2 more mags for $400 or something total. If I was on the ball I would have asked for consecutive s/n...these are 5 apart bleh.
Top is the shooter, bottom one hasn't fired a round yet, triggers are really good, and with 2 spare frames, 2 spare barrels, and all the guts I should have a few lifetimes of parts. If you ever priced out real BHP parts (these swap right in) you would have a stroke....$400 for a barrel, $150 for a slide stop, just painful lol

Sorry. Yes it does come out like that. Seeing as how you are asking how, i assume you have never played with thr hipower before. The trigger is just one pin and the whole thing comes out.
First time is hard getting the trigger out of the frame and back in. But after a couple times it gets easy. Doing it like in the video is tricky. But if ypu pooch it, just pull out the trigger if you need to
