Great idea, but a couple of critiques....
1) The first vid is unwatchable due to wind noise. Put a foam baffle or a couple of wool work socks over the mic.
2) Move the target away from the hall way before some government H&S rep sees it.

Is that spot actually clear of snow right now? Last year in early May, I remember it was a ##### getting there cause the main road was still iced over.
