Nope. First time I’ve ordered here. Be sure not to leave spaces in between your credit card number. Maybe I just got lucky, but my order went through no problem, and I’ve got confirmation e-mail and order number.

Thanks, will try again but i did not leave spaces in the CC number.

I called them but they would not take my order on the phone now and said they were closed tomorrow and someone would call me back on Thursday.

Also, I don’t know if it makes a difference, but I typed in the 4 numbers after the period on my PAL which I don’t usually do.

I bought during the Canada day sale and my item was shipped on the third. I’d reach out.....seems unusual.
