Concept is pretty cool. I've never used or seen the product in person. My first impression of the add on pockets are they look bulky but that might just be me. I like how you can create a custom layout for the hunt though.
 
I can't see myself using something like that while hunting. Looks bulky and those clips would be pretty loud to clip on during a hunt.

That being said, there is a market for such vests, military, police, search and rescue, etc. I have used similar vests at work (army) while conducting complex Range Clearances, it allowed me to transport all my gear, tools, explosives, radio, etc, and remain highly visible when wearing CADPAT...
 
Looks interesting. I use a Duty Apparel molle vest. You can customize it to each specific hunt. They have a booth at the Toronto Sportsmen show.

I think this would good when still hunt, but I can see it being unnecessarily bulk for my ground blind.

We have to wear orange in NS.
