canada post sucks!

first i apologize if this has been addressed somewhere else, but does anyone know how to light a fire under their ass to get them moving on a package that i fear they've lost? their 21 day "expected resolution" date does not sit well with me at all

You could try through your MP; Canada Post is still a Crown Corporation.

You could also, if a firearm is involved, report it to the police as missing.

You could also try the CP Ombudsman.

In all cases however, I suspect that they will advise you to wait until CP completes its own tracking investigation.

I hear ya, I'm still waiting for my zero tolerance 0300 that was shipped to me on October 19th. Ha, I'm still waiting for all my turf Mark Holland gear I ordered after the election....
