I went place a second order and add my original order # in the comments section. I had two windows open and somehow changed my blackfriday order full of ammo with discounts to just a regular priced scope... :HR:

Got an email that card has been charged and online status shows awaiting shipment. However, when I go to RCMP site and enter my license details, there is nothing under firearms registration application status.This is my first handgun purchase and trying to understand the process as I assume the firearm will be registered by CanAmmo before shipping under my name and it should show online. Am I missing anything. I was expecting to see something online attached to my license..an application at least.

Mine is the same, I think the RCMP have to process the app before it shows up! All in good time! Pretty much a grand gone on this order,, for me that's a lot, I hope the Boxing Day sale has a bunch of crap that I don't want!! Sort of!!;)

Give the CFO a call at the ATT number, they might want to talk to you since its your first restricted. Same boat with a private sale and in called just to see about the process. The guy said he double checked to make sure the current ATT guidelines were applied to my license and then transfered me to someone else to confirm how I was going to store it and use it ect...

They have never posted awaiting gun transfers on the website as long as i have been buying them anyway, if you want to know whats up you will need to call your cfo, which if its a first purchase you should do anyway as there is always something they want on the first one that waiting will not take care of, good luck and happy shooting

my wife is great too, but i could not hide an order like that hahaha must have been the new guy/girl they hired up all night sucking on red bulls and inputting all our orders so saint nicholas will get them on the sled!!!!!
 
Purchase made Monday night, just got the processed email notification. Considering I ordered after the 900 plus sales thread I would have to say... Bravo Canadaammo!!!
 
Has anyone else gone in to check the status of their order to find the price has gone up? Or is it just me? My order at check out was $380 but did not include discount on the Outlaw Shoot gun. I assumed this would be adjusted later. However, now my purchase say $500. Thoughts, or is this normal till they process it? Thanks everyone and Canada Ammo for great deals!!!
 
Placed my order on Friday morning, and just received it today. Great service since I took advantage of other vendors black Friday sales, and haven't even received confirmation of shipment yet.

They did short ship one case of 308 ammo that I ordered (ordered two and received one) but I'm sure they will straighten this out shortly.

If there are any processing issues with your orders, please email processing@canadaammo.com and cc me as ryanj@canadaammo.com. Clearly, processing issues must be addressed immediately in the spirit of good customer service.

We will not respond to inquiries about order status or shipping status. I do not consider providing status updates good customer service because the information does nothing but tell you your going to have to wait like everyone else.

We are all working hard to get your orders out to you as fast and as free of error as possible. BBSE120, we are shipping that case of 308 to you, I apologize for the mistake.
