I believe it means, the discount you get for buying a case lot will come off the price, and then the 15% will come off of that already discounted price! If there was something you were looking at getting, you should jump when the sale starts!

i got one and luckily Canada ammo stands behind there warranty because my stock keeped cracking till I sold it. The stocks have like hairline cracks in the wood that worsen. Bad production? I dunno... Either way. If any thing happens they are great to deal with for warranty and they take care of you so test and check the gun out early.
