Edit: Well I guess I didn't win anything. On a side note, the last of my ammo showed up this morning! I placed two orders within the first couple hours of the sale. I got my Zastava M85 on Dec. 4, my Norinco 1911A1 on Dec. 8, and the 500 rounds of .45 and a couple boxes of 8mm Mauser this morning. All in all, mostly happy with the order. The 1911 was an impulse buy as the ammo combo was a steal, and I'm really surprised the pistol showed up so quickly! The CFO was on the ball that day! Only one little complaint with my M85, not CanAm's fault but something I think I'll have to get cleared up.

I asked the shipping team to send the 9mm today as per your request and as of right now, it is being loaded onto the Canpar truck.

My Glock 17 arrived Today Thanks guys. I have to ask though and its curiosity not a complaint, What ever happened surefire targets? they were on one invoice and off the next one? just curious, again not a complaint, I'm pleased as a pig in sh*t.
 
I left Canada before the order arrived to my brothers, short 2 items and now the same ammo is going on sale for an extra 5 percent . Love jasper, oh man its nice up there this time of year.

I am all giddy to get my 20" DA556.
Now I am asking myself why I didn;t get one earlier,,, oh yeah, I was waiting for the Black Friday sale!

I still have another six odd AR rifles and I couldn't be happier.

For winchester1852, and anyone else curious, here is a timeline of my order from CA. First off... I was late to the party and ordered on the Saturday night, after a lot of other orders had gone in. I'm quite pleased with how quickly everything happened. (I'm in Southern Ontario, BTW)

Nov 28 - order in
Dec 2 - order processed
Dec 3 - CFC transfer initiated
Dec 4 - invoice e-mailed
Dec 7 - transfer approved by CFC
Dec 9 - order shipped
Dec 15 - order arrived at my front door

Unfortunately, I wasn't home to receive the order. Hopefully I'll get it today, but if not I'll pick it up at the depot.

Still no sign of the paperwork from the CFC/RCMP.
 
Those are some pretty sweet prizes. I didn't win, but I appreciate CanAm's excellent deals and buisness model. Looking at the pictures of prices they look somewhat customized per person (ammo calibre different in each prize pack) which is a nice touch
 
TO ALL OUTSTANDING RESTRICTED FIREARMS ORDERS AWAITING TRANSFER APPROVAL.

It has come to our attention, the CFO is not reliably sending us transfer approvals. There have now been several cases where the CFO has claimed to have sent us emails with approvals but we have no record of any email. I am not sure where the break in communication is occurring but I am unwilling to make our customers wait over a policy and procedure issue when they are in fact registered to own said firearm.

If you have received your transfer approval and you are waiting for your order to ship, please email processing@canadaammo.com with your name, order number, and a scanned copy of the transfer approval. We will then telephone the CFO to verify the approval and ship your order ASAP.

I apologize for the inconvenience but we have done everything according to our policy and procedure.
