The ones with sights on them are clearly tapped. The website says they are now all cylinder bore (fixed). Which is too bad. Previous batches were threaded for win-chokes at no extra charge.

Canada Ammo is based out of North Vancouver, BC... So it would make sense it use Pacific time zone
