Canadaammo Outlaw & cancelling order

Canada Ammo should have their banner removed from the site, they suck ass.

AWD - Welcome! I must also simultaneously point out that the above is a highly unfair blanket statement!

Should there be any personal grievance then the initial/logical approach would be to have a one-on-one discussion with the concerned establishment and strive to reach a resolution instead of blurting an accusation on a gun forum sponsor without providing a valid justification.

If you pause to consider, the company logos that we see on top of the page already go through a lot of bureaucratic hassles to ensure that they have a variety of products on their racks for the sports shooting enthusiasts. If there are customer service/product issues then let's all try and talk to that staying within reason.
 
I kept in contact with them by email and got my order in a timely fashion. The squeaky wheel gets the grease.

I did the same with Bushnell service on a rifle scope. Call and email them and remind them of the deadlines/promises that they committed to.
 
It took a little over a month for me to receive my Outlaw.I think they should let the customer know it will take 3 weeks to ship something that is in stock.If they were up front I don't think anyone would have a ##### :) .By the way this Owtlaw is definately worth the money.Cool as ####

They shipped my Outlaw yesterday it seems. Original order date was Feb9 for all those who are trying to time theirs...

I ordered mine in jan 08 still (processing) looks like you got yours early. I still have not got mine.
This is what all the fuss is about.
 
They're good guys... And I hope to be a customer in the future... But something needs to change there quick. Twice now they've shipped my orders twice and double charged me. Getting to be a bit much to deal with. I hope something gives soon.

I have spoken to them 3 times and have been told the same story of how busy they are. Sent email yesterday no response (order was queed for 1month and has been in processed mode since feb 13 almost a month and billed to me but not finalized.

This is what all the fuss is about.

I physically received my rifle within 1 month of placing the order (I got mine last friday, Mar.6th), so you should probably check what is up with your order.
 
Just an update, I ordered mine on Feb 24th (late at night) and just received it today, March 18th. So, 16 business days... and it came in perfect shape, seems great, can't wait to shoot it tonite!! Thank you Canada Ammo, I'm very pleased!!! I will definitely deal with them again, and I recommend them to everyone!! :)
