Canadian 1960s Cold War Era Surplus.

Yeah. What he said.
Whether or not we can find cylinders that fit is a deal maker/breaker.

We will have to bring in a 1 LBS to test it. As of now we are 2/3's sold out of the lanterns, so by the time we get a can here to test it they may all be sold out.

We have had to increase the shipping charge on the water jugs. They are so large that they are an item better left to be picked up locally.

My lanterns showed up today and they are minty-mint new looking. The tall skinny propane bottles usually used with torches fit perfectly in the space and as far as I can tell will work just fine if you ignore the "for display purposes only" warning from FF. If you can still buy a four pack they are certainly worth it. For display. Only.

I got my 4 pack today, and opened one up.
It really is a thing of beauty.
One of the packages came with an empty propane cylinder in it. The label on the side of the box says it contains a full cylinder. I wonder if the they mostly got taken out when they were in government storage?
Anyone else get a bottle?
Anyone get a full bottle?
