Canadian Arsenals and Diemaco

I asked someone in the know about warstock, and his opinion was that when the army needed more rifles, it could just order them. Of course, there are always enough in inventory to meet the current needs, and with the reductions in the military in the last two decades since the C7s were procured, there is likely a bit of a warstock from those. The regular force strength was around 80,000 back when the C7s were procured. Whats it now, around 60,000?
 
I believe it was Brazil,, or some other south american country.

No nations want FNs anymore,, they are museum pieces.

Wouldn't be Brazil, since they have a license and make their own (Type 3 receiver), and currently make a 5.56mm version based on the Para model.
