Canadian Barrel Makers

I was wondering who makes barrels without having to get a stainless barrel one. Stainless has its uses but to me it would be a crime against humanity to put one on a Ruger #1. Got any names and contact info for me?

I can search all I like but from my understanding, most of the makers are working only in stainless and for me that isn't what I want. I'm simply wondering which barrel makers will do barrels that aren't stainless.

He is gone on the target shootin circuit most of the summer. Call late fall.

Bevin King also does CM if he has material at the time , stainless (416r or equiv) was actually cheaper to buy than CM barrel steel for a while , so it did not make sense to buy CM . Except for those of us that like a blued rifle

That's good to know I thought King only worked with stainless.

I have had quite a few CM barrels from Bevan, and they all have been exceptional shooters!

I've got a stainless 50 blank from King that I would really rather was cro-mo. Then I'd feel better about doing a #1 or even a Highwall or Roller.
