Canadian Blackpowder federation!

Can anyone out there tell me if the Canadian Blackpowder Ferdation is still in operation.The Canadian Blackpowder Championships did at one time float across the country.They were held in B.C. once that I know of and on the prairies.The last I heard the were staying in Ontario some where?

I could not find any links for it on club sites in any province. I think it dissolved some years ago.
