Canadian Forces Rain Pant

I'm looking for info about the CF rain pants you guys are selling (http://frontierfirearms.ca/cfs-rain-pants/)

What are they made of? Are these truly waterproof (eg pvc-backed polyester or something) or "waterproof" (goretex etc)?

Also, do you have a sizing chart on your webpage? I couldn't find it...

They’re waterproof, but it’s not a membrane like goretex or anything like that. They do not breathe.
Those of us who were issued these and used them in the field can attest that they’re essentially just garbage bags over your body. They don’t breathe, but they are waterproof.
Just imagine the helly Hansen rain slicker type suit. But for only $20
