Canadian Glock 19

Has anybody received their new Glock 19 Canadian Edition yet? I'd love to see some pictures and hear some range review opinions. Also what finish is on the slide...is it the "frying pan" finish or the chalkier one?

I don't see why it would be any different than any other gen 4 Glock 19? Not sure about the finish but I doubt Glock made a special run for us Canadians.

I think the "Canadian Edition " barrel is just a hair over Prohib length making this little 19 Restricted for now, subject to change after Tuesday.

Ok. Thank you. I've heard that finish isn't as durable looks wise but I'm hoping it's a little grippier than the "frying pan" finish on my early gen3 G17.

This finish can scuff quite easily, the "frying pan" finish does not show wear very easily, but may be a bit more slippery. It a trade off.

Just shot mine today, it shot great and excellent fit and finish. It does have the newer slide finish but it looks good to me. I shot mine as well as my Glock 17 yet this is a smaller pistol so I'm impressed with mine.

I ran a quick 200 rds. through mine today. Very impressed with this G19, I like this barrel much more over those threaded barrels. Tight groups and ran 100% I am running the medium grip with Talon tape and Trijicon HD's, everything else is stock out of the box and I will be keeping it that way. This was an impulse purchase last week, I was going to wait for the G19x but I am glad I pulled the tigger on this, it is a winner.
