You could have parts for 1911, Sigs and CZ made for you in China, ship them here, finish off the parts, assemble and sell them. I am not sure what amount of content/work is kick in point for the ban on Chinese firearms. You would have to do your homework pretty well before you invest to much. You would also need licences from here as well.
