AI definitely has the easiest system I would say, a single 4mm hex bolt and barrels hand screw on and off. The Desert Tech is also super easy but more bolts and few more steps. I almost bought a Kraken but the barrel change process and associated extra tools make me go AI instead. Hard to beat the quick-lock system.
 
I would suggest a KS arms, I know a few guys that shoot them at PRS and they have suggested them to others that have inquired. I have owned one of the other canadian action manufactures action and honestly it was good at first but I ended up selling it because it gave me troubles. Im sure I was an anomaly but like others here have suggested the KS LAR is a great option
 
The YouTube shooter MarkandSam highly recommends the K.S Arms action. He's a world class shooter for what's it worth.
