I believe Antler and Fierce have gone separate ways however Antler still makes their own rifles that’s are absolutely fantastic. However not sure they make just actions. More light weight mountain rifles in select cartridges.

ATRS actions are not true 700 footprint and need work for the lug position. They don’t sell well because the shift to chassis and stock with machined mini-chassis (which are all not going to work). I think you can only get them as complete rifles. ATRS make their own bottom metal for the stock as well that doesn’t use the more standard badger M5 inlet. So essentially, you can’t get alternative parts to fit without spending money for bespoke machining work.

I have both Defiance and KS, functions are equal, Defiance bolt almost identical with Rem 700, same principle stripping the bolt, KS use a set screw on their bolt to strip and removing cocking piece, both are quality made but I think I prefer the Defiance because of habit, my KS 3 lug has a cone bolt face and Sako type extractor while Defiance using recessed bolt face and M16 extractor.
 
Off the top of my head since the initial post, KS Arms has stepped in, as well as Pristine Rifle Actions. Ultimatum Precision popped up for a few years, then seemed to disappear for a bit, and has now been acquired by IBI Barrels in my understanding.

Regardless, of the options listed, I feel Cadex offers best features for money, if you can deal with a stiff bolt lift in exchange for a 55deg bolt throw. I'd say KS isn't far behind. YMMV

Many dealers carry the cadex actions now, in stock. Sure love the short bolt throw, and don't really notice the harder bolt lift. Have even had a few guys try at the range, as they heard that as well. It is not something you really notice on it.
 
I own many custom actions including Ks arms and ultimatum. I feel they are both nicer than cadex actions. While cadex makes a good shooting rifle there actions feel like crap in comparison. The ks arms are fantastic and so are there barrels
