Canadian McMillan Distributer

Another vote for Juan Valdez at North Shore Barrels. Great guy and a fellow shooter, makes a hell of a rifle too! I currently have two of his rifles, but have had 4 or 5 now. At least one more to come...
 
Try red hawk rifles, they're in Colorado USA but they will ship stocks to Canada, no hassles. Travels USPS, Canada Post. Usually delivered in a week to two weeks depending on destination.

What's your time frame for the stock?

My last McMillan I bought (delivered this past October) took exactly 10 months to arrive from the date of order from McMillan (via 24hr Campfire).

If you're in a hurry, you might want to see if any of the dealers up here have something in stock that would suit your needs.

I agree. I ordered directly from McMillan and got exactly what I wanted but it took 4 months and that was 4 yrs ago so I imagine the wait is much longer now. If you can find a stock that suits your needs from a dealer up here that has a variety in stock the wait will be much less. Sean @ North Shore barrels is a good guy to deal with. I believe Rick at ATRS may have some as well. Worth a phone call.
 
Try calling Peter Dobson at Hirsch Precision, he has many mcmillans in stock. He is also stocking other rifle components (AI mags etc.)
 
Peter at Hirsch Precision or Rick at 24hourcampfire; both excellent to deal with and both VERY reputable.
