1. Get an ATT from your CFO to transport to the match.
2. Pack your gun with a trigger lock on it in a locked case in one piece of your checked luggage. Place a copy of the ATT in the locked handgun case.
3. Pack your ammo (if you are bringing any) in another piece of checked luggage. (Canjet won't let you take ammo and there is a weight limit with all carriers)
4. Go to the Airport - tell the baggage attendant that you have to declare an unloaded, locked firearm and some ammunition in a different case.
5. Fill out the form they give you and keep one copy for yourself. Carry it and a copy of the ATT with you. Cringe when they put the "Steal me" err... "Ammunition" stickers on the bag with the ammo in it.
6. Wave bye bye to your luggage and hope to see it on the luggage carousel when you get to Kingston.
