I posted pics the last time I went, but that was 10 years ago. Anyway same problem this time as last, the lighting in the museum was a challenge for my crappy sony, so fewer pics this time, and now I need a new camera.
The Museum is on CFB Shilo, about 20 min west of Brandon, MB. About 11 hours west of Edmonton (ya, its a kinda boring drive).

Last time I was on CFB Shilo was the winter / spring of 1990. Everything was covered in snow.

The ADATS was brand new when I was in Germany. Only the guys trained on it were even supposed to see inside the vehicle. Now it is sitting in a museum. The Blowpipe should have been in a museum when I was running around W Germany with it.

The M109A4 is still a runner, but not a gunner if I recall. I did the decommission of the monument one outside the Regiment building in 2017.
Sad that the gift shop is out of the RCA Museum. They did excellent work on court mounting medals and I bought a fair amount of RCA swag for my brother (retired Gunner)…
