Canadian stock makers?

More specifically, who makes some really nice laminate wood or regular wood stocks in Canada if anyone. Not interested in fiberglass or other composite stocks. Also not interested in anything that's "pretty good or just ok" looking for the best

I shoot one of his prone stocks on my main target rifle. Had him bed the Flexi-bed bedding block for my Millennium action, put in the trigger guard, rail etc. Fought with the stock for a while because it wasn't the same as my Mcmillan prone stocked 40X. Once I made peace with the stock things started coming together. I like it enough to think about ordering another stock for my Musgrave.

Is there any legal requirements for people to make gun stocks or can anyone make one for sale? Just wondering as no requirements other then a business license to sell wood crafted items, but being used on a gun wonder if there is some obscure loophole requirement.
