I bought one from Marstar & promptly sent it back .

Yup, mine came from Canadian Tire too, paid $116. $99 is a good price.
I'll echo the sentiment that it's a superb beater gun. I have some filed-down Marlin magazines working in mine and I'm quite pleased with it. The stock iron sights are a little hard to see, I've gone full-on cheapo and put a Chinese red dot on it for my next range day.
I only disassembled it once but I don't know why you guys are saying it was such a PITA. I didn't think it was too bad at all. The only thing that worries me is the pin at the front that needs to be punched out for disassembly, I think the wood might wear out quickly.
Mine has a bit of a sticky trigger that doesn't want to return forward sometimes. I think I ought to polish it up a bit next time I have it apart.
