Canadian Tire camo sale!!!

Didn't notice if this has been posted elsewhere on the site, but Canadian Tire in Ontario has all their camo clothing on sale! I picked up some nice stuff by Yukon in Natural Gear pattern. It's going to go fast. I paid 1/2 the regular price.

I got my Rocky 2 in 1 reversible parka there for 200 regular 300. Nice Jacket I've been testing its waterproof claims and its warmth as I was skepticle (sp?) about the brand. But a dozen ice fishing trips and numerous "waterproofing tests" later and it seems to work great!

There is never anything worth buying (hunting stuff that is) at the Crappie Tire's in Mississauga. They don't carry very much. I'll pass by tomorrow to see if there is anything usefull, but I highly doubt it.

I love natural gear camo. Its not too dark or detailed like lots of the commercial stuff. Did you get the thicker canvas like clothes or the softer stuff(not sure what you would call the material)? I have the softer stuff, and its pretty quiet and warm enough but not particularly durable or water resistant.

Yeah I like the Natural Gear camo too. I have a fair bit of camo clothing, & the Natural Gear stuff is my fav. I bought a light fleece jacket ($19) & a pair of insulated pants ($30). The 2 Ottawa stores I visited (Conventry Rd, & Blair rd) had quite a bit of selection on Sunday.

Too late - end of last month I snagged a nice pair of Mossy Oak pants for $15 (1/4 the price). There were only two pairs left at the Dundas and Winston Churchill location.

Canadian Tire has some great deals sometimes, if you are patient and can wait until they have a sale.
