Canadian value guide?

Hi,
Looking at buying a used handgun from a local guy. I want to know if there is a "blue book" type of book or website where I can get values for firearms.
Not looking here for opinions on an individual piece, just looking for a reference.

The only book I have seen has American values. A Canadian on would be nice.
