I just heard from a Toronto retailer that there is NO warranty for Canadian bought Henry rifles.

I just e-mailed Henry with this question and patiently waiting for their response but thought I'd get a faster response here.

Can anyone here confirm this or was the salesperson ill informed? Or could it be that US gets the Lifetime Warranty and Canadians get a limited warranty ie: 1 year warranty.

Thanks for the help.

I can speak directly to this. In my case, the Retailer was enforcing their warranty. An email to Henry (and reply) indicated that they wanted the rifle and would replace, which was already a policy in place at the retailer. The issue is warranty ofter the retailer (30 days) expires.

Also, try to find parts for those rifles. Not happening unless dealing directly with Henry, and in that case, they specifically informed me that HENRY would EXCLUSIVELY undertake the repairs and supply of parts at my cost. Other manufacturers sell parts separately. One reason I sold the rifle!

I needed a part for my Henry, so I called them up and they sent me 3 free of charge.

I have no idea about the warranty though, but they seem decent with parts.

Henry was quick to reply to my question:
"Thank you for your interest. While we do not operate a warranty center*in Canada, we remain very proactive in dealing with warranty issue. Anything from sending parts to physically getting the gun back you are options.
Best Regards,"

I reply:
"Thank you for your quick response time.*

Can you please tell me if Henry Lifetime Warranty applies to Canadains as well or is limited, ie: 30 Days or 1 Year?

I'm trying to clarify mixed information I am recieving."

Henry respond:
"You would still be covered by the warranty, which is the service life of the gun. The only thing you're not covered for would be normal wear and tear or cosmetic defects that you incur.
Best Regards,"
