Is there anyone who is the Canadian distributor for Wolf ammo in Canada?

I think there's an American "wolf" that's re-labled reast-bloc stuff...Possibly the equivalent to MFS (also avail. at SFRC)

MFS is Hungarian ammunition. They've been producing ammunition since the early fifties for military contracts but grabbed a piece of the consumer market for hunting and sporting ammo since the 70s. I've tried a few different calibers with medium to good results, and compares evenly to popular north American brands for half of the price. The cases are not reloadable but they make both FMJ and SP in available cartridges. MFS is a widely popular brand in Eastern countries.

I believe the Russian wolf stuff is made by Barnaul?

The steel cased MFS sold in Canada is made by Barnaul in Russia.

Wolf steel cased is mostly made at Tula, with some exceptions for their "mil-spec" ammo which is made at various Russian plants.

MFS is the closest we have to Wolf in Canada.

LVE ammo is also from Russia. I haven't tried it out yet, but I have some on the way and its sounds promising.

My box attributes the importer as being RUAG Ammotec which is German...

There are some "non-roman" characters on the headstamp and, Dr. Google confirms previous post of Hungarian involvement...

Whole bunch of borders and, still found it's way here. No complaints!
