keep watching your crappy tire, i though it was cool when the one near me started getting sks, then they started getting mosin then svt 40 and mosin sniper, and even m31, i am scared to go in that place now, i always walk in with some cash no plan to buy anything and walk out poor and with a smile on my face

but to make it even better is every surplus rifle i buy from there i am saving from the people drilling the rifles, its seems to be a big thing around here to start chopping the barrels and drilling the rifles, I talked to few of the sale men at crappy tire and he was telling me the mosin sell like crazy and most people are bending the bolts and drilling and cuting the barrel for nice hunting rifles, it pains me to hear it but I see it all the time here, people destroying history ,does your store sell mfs ammo? cause its nice and cheap and works great in sks,mosin and svt40

I was just in my local CT this morning about 5 mins after they opened. I was looking for .22 ammo (saves me another 20 minute drive the gun store on the opposite side of town), and asked the clerk if they were planning on selling firearms. No word of a lie the guy (in his mid to late 50's) jumped up and gave me the biggest high-five from a stranger ever. "YOUR DAMN RIGHT WE WILL BE!". Apparently he (Bob) is the only one in the sporting goods department with a PAL, and has arranged for all the other people in that department to get theirs and he has convinced that store owner/manager to start selling firearms. Bob wants to start competing with the Lindsey CT and they do sell SKS's and reloading equipment etc. Looks like a good day for us nuts.
great to see crappy tire starting to sell guns again, i only wish they start selling handguns to, i was talking to the manger and he said he bin trying and trying to get handguns in but stupid head office wont let them, head office thinks it to dangerous and the handguns will be used for crime

they put them on sale all the time, before around x mas time there was a sign up on my local crappy tire selling sks and mosin $114.99 each ( they didnt have sks left though or i would of bought a ton haha) regular sale price for sks are usually 199 for sks and 175 for mosin and 299 svt 40 and 619 for sniper, which aret bad prices but cheaper is better

Agreed...I remember as a kid you could get anything at a Canadian Tire Store...hopefully we are seeing a return to the old days.

Sweet! I would have jumped on that deal, which Canadian Tire stores? I see your in Nova Scotia.... I am in Halifax so hopefully they are somewhere nearby and I am going to start watching the stores around here for SKS's as well.
