IMHO I think he should create his own topics about his quality choices in his eyes and keep it zipped if he doesnt like something, pretty much all his posts in others topics on here are degrading of other members choices.

I have no idea on the quality of the Canik but it sure appears to be a copy of the CZ.

Not degrading just honest. People ask for opinions and I will give mine and I usually support it with fact as well. An unknown Turkish company making knock offs of a less than stellar design and yet some here still think they're a sound choice? Give your head a shake. Some open discussion and a dose of common sense just might save someone new to shooting the disappointment that surely lies in such a product.

Ok since I have taken this way further than I thought this would go I figure it is time to come clean, I do not own a canik, and they have not been around for 37 years. I was trolling, and to my entertainment nobody caught on. Nobody copied the cz75 within 2 years, if my information is correct the turks started to make cz copies from the very late 90s
