Cannot find a Colt 6920

Unfortunately the CDN $ has sh!t the bed. For some stupid reason a lot of people still think the dollar is on par and everything is still suppose to be what it was a few years ago. Gone are the days of $1200 Colts.

You are not going see better prices than that in Canada anytime soon, this time of the year pretty much everybody is out of products, The new shipment that comes into Canada will be based on 2016 prices and the new exchange rate.

Geez, I don't know but I think the Rifle+Giessele Super Modular MK4 rail + STR butt stock for $1753 is not a bad price for that kind of quality, maybe tack on a little shop time for Arms East to put it together? Sweet rifle and good price IMHO. Great people to deal with too. I'd be jumping on that if I was in the market.

everything I've read suggests that the Colt Canada rifles are superior to their American cousins...

Cold Hammer Forged barrels are a good place to start looking... Only downside to the IUR is the weight and inability to change barrels without specialized tools.
That said, yes, I believe quality ARs will increase 30-40% in price this year once new stock starts coming in. We've already seen these sorts of increases in high turnover items like surplus ammo and powder.

If I had room in my fun-budget I'd buy one right now. That's a solid price in today's market for Colt.
So get this model then, you can put what you want on it and you dont pay for the extra stuff you dont like

with exchange the current exchange rate and the extra shipping cost the price works out be pretty close to what AE is selling theirs.

Yeah, I remember those kinds of prices. If things start heading that way, I see a spike in Norc sales again, haha! When I got into guns, prices were just starting to come down, but a 6920 was still about $2500 so I went with a Norc.
I also remember the good times when IRG started doing the Walmart pricing for 6920s.....summer of 2014 I think? $999 for a 6920, not to mention a pretty awesome exchange rate at the time? Wolverine was blowing out DDs around the same time, then CC decided to introduce their SA line.....talk about bad timing.
