Cannot get into contact with Rangeview Sports

I placed an online order on June 5th. At first I wanted to get into contact with them to see if I could add something else before it shipped but now I am just trying to figure out why the order is still processing almost 2 weeks later. I have tried emailing them and calling them several times with no answer. Has anyone else had this issue?
