I had the same experience the one time Canpar was used. It showed a scan at drop off then nothing until it was ready for pick up. It did come on time though.

I just received a rifle from canpar that arrived quicker than the expected delivery date. Missed it, though, so a failed delivery notice was left. Ended up emailing customer service asking them to not attempt a second delivery and to hold it for pickup. Received 2 emails back, first one was confirming my email was received and would contact terminal to hold my package.Second was to tell me it was and I could pickup.

Tracking was posted as package( man, I love getting packages ) was in transit and arrived.

All in all ,it was good.

I must be lucky up her. Canpar is great and the drivers here will go out of thier way to meet you at an alternate location. Sometimes the tracking is a few days behind though
