Nordic is a now a dealer for AE.
I love them so much, I wish they would adopt me as the shop's friendly pet.

I may be interested in selling my Cansof clone if anyone is interested. I will sell it for what I put into it minus my time and energy.
I also have 4 AE suppressor collars for sale at 50.00 each.
When I renew my membership I'll post pics.

The SAS IUR does not have a 10.5" barrel despite what it's advertised. It's exact 10 1/8" in length.
The piece I had made isn't a collar in the way that Hilo's is on the 11.6" barrel. The proper clone correct collar slips over top of the 11.6" barrel and is held in place by the vortex flash hider (thanks Hilo).
The collar adapter extender I had replicated only works with the 10" SAS barrel. My undertanding was that using the factory AE adapter extender, would yield the exact same result and function with the Ops INC suppressor as an 11.6" barrel with the used collar.
When I had my adapter extender replicated, I had them reduce the backset from 1/2" to 1/8" to account for the shorter barrel.
When you measure my 10" SAS barrel with the custom extender, it measures out to 11.6" give or take.
The easiest way to get what I'll call a "close enough" clone is to use my extender with the factory 10" barrel SAS upper. Using a different 10.5" barrel and my extender would yield a 12" barrel and a gap too large between the end of the IUR rail and the rear of the collar/extender. This is something I spent a lot of time attempting to perfect, and once IMGUR is up and running again I'll post all the specs I developed to get "close enough".
That Acog was personally purchased. (I took the pic)

Now that u posted this pic, half the cgn ninjas will have nails on their bump helmets. Lol
Just out of curiosity as I have zero knowledge and experience in machining. How difficult of a task was it to have that damn recoil lug removed? I'm hating mine more every day.
