Correct, and to reinforce. SEI advises no crush washers nor shims (as it does not need to be timed) as the design of the Vortex will actually tighten the muzzle device as its shot. They actually advise you to use an anti-seize if anything.
Ya Fox Alpha is correct.
You can actually install the Vortex and snug it up by hand during install. No tools required on them.
They do not come with a BCG or CH.

hey do you think you guys will be getting any of the threaded vortex flash hiders back in stock? also would you know how to get a hold of those allen engineering collars?
We have a huge shipment from SEI sitting at the border waiting on export clearance from the State dept. Hopefully not too much longer.

As discussed earlier in the thread, it’s an SAS IUR with the 11.6 barrel from an MRR
Seconding Hausen on this, especially for those using the stock 10.5" bbl. What are the options for the barrel sleeve? I seem to recall FoxAlpha having a source on one that fits with the 10.5" ?

Didn't know there was a thread like this. Here's my L119A2 / CANSOF hybrid clone:
Suppressor trainer up front on a surefire 3 prong war comp. Took forever to get a ATPIAL though.
Originally had an ACOG like the SAS do, but got a steal of a deal on the Elcan at Shooting Edge. There are pics of an SBS upper with an Elcan so clone correct either way.
Maybe get a Docter RDS in the future, only thing I'm waiting on is a LEAF peq sight from Railscales whenever they are back in stock. Hoping to get one soon, otherwise I will put the ARMS BUIS back on.

Got it from Irunguns late last year, some guys here on CGN and r/Canadaguns had them do a group buy and I got one of the extras they brought in. Haven't seen any in stock since earlier this year sorry. North Sylva said they were going to be bringing some in last year too but i haven't seen anything from them. Hopefully someone gets some more in.
