Gun butter ?
Elwood Epps has several jars of it right now and they ran about $13.99 for what looks and feels like a 500 mL or 750 mL can. I could be wrong about those numbers but at least they have Lubriplate in stock. That's a good thing.
Me ? I just use the white Kleen Flo grease since I can find it locally. Any grease no matter what brand is better than no grease. So get some!
Cheers!

But Gun Butter supports the dairy farmers, right?
Isn't lubriplate just white lithium grease? Stuff should be everywhere auto parts are sold.

At least you can see where it goesI've been using Prolab GS2000 full synthetic (napa auto parts stores) for many years
Love it from +35 degrees C down to -35C in my personal experiences and no issues, no excess dirt build up.
finding real lubriplate is unnecessary
and I hate white or yellowish grease in my rifles LOL
