cant find the data i need

i need to load a wack of rounds in the next few days cause i am moving to Calgary from new brunswick. i am loading zmax, which is the same as vmax by hornady im told, 55gr not looking for max loading data but in the middle. i was looking all day on my iphone and didnt find to much. i did see that a 23.5 round was max but was not sure so i thought i would ask around here. oh ya i am loading with h335 powder
the real question is where do i get data. i tried the hornady site and i couldnt find there data sheet and then i tried the powder site and the vmax or zmax bullets where not listed at 55gr. can anyone help me out

That was the only one I found that used as much of your criteria as I could. The charge is noted as Maximum. Standard would be to knock 10% or better off that as a starting load. I do not have a .223 so cannot help further. Biggest limit was the powder though for whatever reason.
 
shoot i should have put that it is a .224 dia and it is for a 22-250 i should have put this info in the first post
 
I thin that you would be looking at starting load of 28.5 & 36 gr's for a max with a 55 gr
tip. Please work your load up watching for pressure's, I hope that this help's..take care & play safe
 
Hornady 7th ed manual has no .22-250 data for H335 with 55gr bullet.

Hodgdons website for .22-250 55gr Sierra bullet H335 says 30.5 start - 33gr max.

I would feel comfortable using this data's starting load and working up with a different 55gr bullet in that calibre. Don't start at the middle or top. Be careful with data other people tell you online, even mine. Some people don't know what they're talking about and even those that do can make typing errors. I would recommend manuals, and the websites of powder and bullet makers.

You can generally use the starting load for a similar or same weight bullet assuming the bullet is the same type. The start load for a 150gr FMJ will almost always be safe for another brands 150gr Soft Point etc. Sometimes when the difference in bullet weight is a couple grains the same is still true 165gr/168gr for example. When the bullets are a very different type I would then seek proper data. 200gr cast lead vs 200gr FMJ etc, or normal jacketed (copper covered lead) vs Barnes copper solid bullets.
