Can't hang my deer..what to do?

Mine has been hanging in the garage since Tuesday. Its -7 here right now, I just left the heat off and its around 0 to +1 in the garage now. its suppose to heat up this weekend and I will cut it then.

yuk yuk yuk, the worst advice ever given to a non suspecting fellow GunNutz hunter meat prep'r!!! Hide on = b-a-l-o-n-i-e with nose plugs! Shoot/kill/gut/cool/hang and hide off asap (stressed) and cooled some more quickly/hang and butcher a-sap/ over night is A-ok/ or a day or two at the most, butcher and vac pak/ into the freezer, not stacked, spread out in the freezer for quicker freezing.

But Brian knows better, try it his way, first!

I do both depending on what kind of timeframe I have. If I have time to hang it i do, if I don't have time to hang I just cut it up. I usually just use deer for sausage and jerky so really for me all hanging does is gives me time to deal with it later.
