I've tried twice to reach you guys via the web form on your website. No-one is responding.
Before others here say 'why don't you call them" I can't because I can't call from work.

Maybe the contact us form on your website isn't working. Can you provide another way tot reach you please? Email is greatly preferred.
I want to buy some Desert Tech stuff, some which you already have in stock.

I had the same issue.

Email - no answer
CGN message - no answer

Was finally able to get a phone call in one day and it worked out fine.

But yeah being more responsive to other communication would definitely help.

Guess we all have to complain about something

I work 6 days a week and can't make it there so only online for the busy season and it's always been prompt communication.

When work slows and I have time to go in the staff I have met has been great and helpful.

Don't see why it has to be online only though. In op's case where he can't get through it doesn't make sense, work in slave labor with no lunch coffee or bathroom breaks?
