Can't reply to Pistol and Revolver Notices

Good evening

I wanted to respond to a notice in the Pistol exchange, and I recieved an error mesage saying I could not reply to posts. I have access to the Exchange - adn thought that would let me reply. Does anyone know what I need to do to be able to reply?

you can't. If you have any questions about what's been offered forsale you have to PM the creater of the thread. Only they can reply to their threads and only once every week to bump their add to the top of the list again

Ok - thanks for the replys - this particular add did not have a private e-mail - so I just hit the "Post Reply" button - I will check rules again and hopefully figure this out eventually.

Just click on his name and a menu will pop up .click on send a private message and you can them post him a message .
