Good day gents, so long story short, I picked up a NIB marauder off the EE and after taking it out for a test run this weekend, I've got some questions hopefully somebody will have answers too. Made sure the gun was fully cleaned and everything working smoothly before it was loaded but could not get this thing to cycle worth a damn! Granted I was shooting 1 1/8 light loads but even switching out the light and heavy load piston proved no use, best I could get was the bolt to rack back half way then shut again after each shot which effective turned my new fun semi into a bolt action :mad:. The recoil spring seems awful stiff, maybe that's where the issue is? Hopefully someone has some experience with these.

You might want to try calling O'Dell Engineering. They are the importer/warranty center and I found them quite helpful when I had some questions about mine. I really can't offer any suggestions other than that. I only bought mine recently but it is the older version that only came with the one piston. It has has worked fine for about 150 rounds of Federal Topgun and Winchester AA
