A quick question for the Canuck Operator owners out there, how do you switch out the magazine follower? Tried unscrewing the magazine tube cap but the dimples in the barrel end prevents the follower from coming out. I'm guessing I have to unscrew the magazine tube from the receiver, am i correct? or am I just missing something stupid?

Yes on the canuck copy of the m4 due to the crimps you will have to heat up the tube at the frame and in screw it.
Thanks for the answer, I had a feeling that i was going to end up having to do that. I bought a green follower from you earlier this week that I want to put in. I run them on all my shotguns, even my ksg 12 which was way too much work but was completely worth it.

Heat and unscrew. Had to do it to mine. It's a bit of a PITA, but once done, you have a removable mag tube for easy cleaning. You definitely do not need to re-apply red loctite.
