Canvas tent care

This will be my fourth year with my canvas tent. The second year I waterproofed all the seams. My question is should I seal the whole tent for this year and if so what product and applycators is the best. Thanks in advance.

I always put a fly over mine and have never worried about seams. Trick is to make sure it's good and dry before you store it, or it will rot.

^^^ This is good advice. I've always covered mine with a good quality tarp so no need to waterproof the canvas. You want the canvas to breath anyway. The tarp will make the snow slide off the tent better which will be an issue without a tarp. Also a tarp will protect the canvas from hot embers from the wood stove.
